Stanley Rosenzweig earned his B.Sc. in Music from The Mannes College of Music. He studied trumpet with William Vacchiano, Simon Karasick, Armando Ghitalla and composition with Alexander Rapoport.
Stanley performed with the National Ballet of Canada as principal trumpet from 1972 to 1992, as well as with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, the New York City Opera, the Stuttgart Ballet, the American Symphony Orchestra and the Radio City Music Hall Orchestra. He has performed frequently as soloist in church and school concerts.
Stanley has recorded with the National Ballet of Canada Orchestra and the Studio Arts Orchestra. Additional recordings include: New Music for Trumpet, Gerrard Schwartz; The Five Faces of Eve, Peter Schickele; Classical Kids - Vivaldi's Ring of Mystery (1991); Classical Kids - Beethoven Lives Upstairs (1995); Classical Kids - Mr. Bach Comes to Call (1995) and Mozart's Magic Fantasy - A Journey Through the Magic Flute (1995).

Stanley has been a member of The Royal Conservatory of Music faculty since 1992.
